      • HEARING DEVICES

Hearing devices and accessories to suit every need, in every situation.

      • Revolutionary devices to suit each and every need.

Digital Hearing Devices are designed to relieve the impact of hearing loss, giving you the ability to hear clearly in many environments.

Everyday sounds that you may have had trouble hearing before, such as telephones, door bells or quieter conversation can be dramatically improved by wearing hearing devices, thereby giving you renewed confidence and quality of life.

The list of products and technology levels is endless. In order to simplify the choice we have narrowed this long list down to three unique performance levels.

Each performance level comes as part of a "hearing package". According to the level at which you purchase your devices subsequent service costs are charged.

Whichever package you feel best suits, you will have a free choice of style, colour, size and manufacturer.

Below is a side by side comparison of our four performance levels, including their unique and sometimes shared features.

      • DEVICE STYLES

it's more important than you would think.

In the Ear (ITE) Hearing Aids

Custom made for mild to severe hearing loss.

In the ear hearing aids are custom moulded, and can be so small that they cannot be seen when worn. For more severe hearing losses, slightly larger devices are necessary, these can also be very useful for those with dexterity issues.

Suitable for mild to severe hearing loss with optional remote control or wireless compatibility. This style will be suitable to most ear canals.

        Receiver in the Canal (RIC)

Off the shelf, with "open" fitting, for mild to severe hearing loss.

Receiver In The Canal hearing aids are similar in style to Behind the ear devices.  However they have the receiver (speaker) in the ear which is attached by a wire. The benefits are that by removing the receiver from the part behind the ear, feedback is improved, so this can be suitable for a mild to severe hearing loss. The housing behind the ear is also reduced in size due to the receiver being removed. Most models have a remote control option and wireless capability.

        Behind the Ear (BTE)

All workings behind the ear, for severe to profound hearing loss.

BTE devices sit behind the ear, with a tube (of different thickness) running into the ear, with either a moulded tip or off the shelf fitting. These devices are suitable for all, but are particularly helpful for those users with sever to profound hearing loss, as they are the most powerful devices available.

        Rechargeable Devices

No more buying batteries, convenient charging

Many devices now come with the option to have rechargeable cells, instead of disposable batteries. This is both cost effective and convenient. The hearing devices are simply placed in an easy to use charging pod over night and are ready to use again in just a few hours, ensuring a full days use before they next need charging.

        Remote Accessories

Control for your hearing devices at the tips of your fingers.

Many devices now come with the option to have remote control, microphones and streamers. These accessories create a hearing package which can better improve a users hearing in even the most challenging of environments.
